Shipping will be added to most orders at lowest offering costs. These are based on weight, your location and shipping carrier. View product description, various products offer free shipping. Many customers, have a shipping carrier account. Please provide account number upon ordering by phone. Our online order form is designed for smaller orders of a case and under of warmer lines. Other lines are calculated within ordering of small listed quantities. Please Note: On occasion, when an item is out of stock or back ordered, we will offer / ship a similar item. Our customers will be offered the closest match of any item ordered. This is due to the manufacture updating lines.
Due to holiday or weather extremes, all shipments are processed as fast as the shipping carriers provide. Sometimes during the holiday season, orders are impacted simply because of demands. Please take this into consideration, when ordering during these times. Simply stated, please understand, that extra time is needed.
FYI: ALL handmade items that includes vases, soaps, coasters, seashells, oyster shells, busted canvas decor, wood decor, totes and beyond are handmade that may have natural imperfections due to the nature of materials. These pieces of art, crafting are made by hand as stated.

How do I return an item?
All product lines are satisfaction guaranteed (Please read some exclusions on invoice, under products, and are listed here). Unopened, unused and complete shipments may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund with an authorization number from L&M Distributors Inc.
Other wise, orders older than twelve days will not be accepted. Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to your location and on all returns. Additionally, stated on invoice.
