Just place your Freez Pak in the coldest part of your freezer for six to ten hours
Remove and place in your ice chest on top of your food
Cool air travels downward
Use approx half as many Freez Pak bags by weight as you would ice
Freez Paks can be frozen thousands of times without losing cooling power
For First Aid use be sure to wrap in towel
Prolonged direct contact with skin is not recommended
