Hot 'n" COLD PAK:
Use Hot:
Place Hot 'N' Cold Pak on the bottom of your insulated container to keep prepared foods warm. Warm air travels upward. For maximum warmth, completely surround contents of you insulated container with pre-heated Hot 'N" Cold Paks...
Important:
Never heat without completely covering with water
Use Cold:
Just put the Hot "N" Cold Pak in the coldest part of your feezer overnight. Remove and place in your ice chest on top of your food. Cool air travels downward. Hot 'N" Cold Paks can be refrozen over and over again!
To Boil:
Boil water and remove from heat. Carefully place Hot "N" Cold Pak in water for 5 minutes. Allow Bag to cool completely before re-heating.
To Microwave:
Place in an open microwave safe container. Completely cover with water. Heat at full power for 3 minutes. Heat at 30 second intervals if additional heating is required.
